Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Cambridgeshire, GBP Competitive (DOE) : Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge within a forward:thinking and highly respected Legal 500 firm? JOB REF: 0842.
THE ROLE:
- You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, working both independently and collaboratively across high:value transactions and projects.
- Your caseload will include commercial leases/occupiers, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, conditional sale agreements and site assembly and development, including ransom strips and sub:station leases
- Acting for landowners in sales to developers, including planning and construction considerations
- Property finance, including drafting and advising on debentures and charges
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained from a highly regarded Legal 500 practice
- Excellent technical knowledge and project management skills
- A strong understanding of commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development matters
- A confident, professional and approachable manner
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Proactive, well:organised, and commercially minded
- Motivated to achieve targets while delivering outstanding client service
- A team player with the ambition to grow and progress within the firm
