The Role
• Supporting children aged 0–5 in their learning and development
• Assisting with planning and delivering engaging early years activities
• Encouraging communication, social skills, and independence
• Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and development
• Working closely with nursery staff to maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Requirements
• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to supporting children’s development and wellbeing
