12-month. Job Description - The Role Purpose of the role: We're seeking a proactive and experienced PMO Manager to support a large-scale transformation programme. This is a hands-on role focused on governance, planning, and delivery oversight across a Risk Integration workstream. You'll work closely with the Programme Lead and PMO team to ensure structured delivery, manage risks and issues, and maintain programme integrity. What you'll do: Lead and maintain programme-level planning and milestone tracking Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Support delivery risk assessments and governance reporting Collaborate with Project Managers and Leads to ensure alignment Drive structure and clarity across programme activities Contribute to shaping and evolving governance frameworks Ensure readiness for upcoming phases, including business readiness in Q2 next year The skills you'll need: Strong background in PMO, Project Management, or Programme Delivery Experience in Financial Services Skilled in planning, issue management, and dependency tracking Excellent communicator with a proactive and delivery-focused mindset Able to take ownership, add value, and bring structure to complex programmes Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with direct stakeholder engagement About the client Why Tesco Bank?
