* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
* Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
* Valid food safety certification
* Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, training, and mentoring kitchen staff
* Excellent financial acumen, including budget management and cost control
* Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
* In-depth knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations
* Proficiency in using kitchen management software and Microsoft Office suite
* Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
