About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you'll be stepping into classrooms where your adaptability, positivity, and teaching skills will make a real impact. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons and adjusting to meet students' needs.
* Creating a safe, engaging, and well-managed learning environment.
* Supporting children of varying abilities to learn, grow, and thrive.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and encouraging active participation.
* Working closely with school staff to ensure a smooth and effective handover.
* Providing feedback on student progress to support continuity of learning.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Confidence in teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
* A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine passion for education.
