The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own market—driving business development, building client relationships, and delivering top talent to your clients.
This is a full-cycle role with a strong focus on business development, giving you the autonomy to build and grow your own desk while being supported by an experienced and motivated team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development
* Proactively identify and win new clients within your market
* Build your own pipeline through networking, sales activity, and market mapping
* Develop long-term client partnerships and become a trusted advisor
* Drive revenue growth and take ownership of your performance
360 Recruitment
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
* Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
* Conduct interviews, manage processes, and negotiate offers
* Deliver a high-quality, consultative service throughout
Market & Brand Building
* Position yourself as a specialist within your market
* Build your personal brand through LinkedIn, networking, and events
* Maintain strong market knowledge to support clients and candidates
