The Role:

* Reservation Management: Oversee reservation procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.
* Financial Management: Monitor front desk operations, including cash handling, billing, and payment processing, to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
* Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other front desk metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
