This role offers the freedom to innovate, the support to grow, and the chance to shape how thousands of people experience our brand - inside and out. ✨ What You'll Be Doing Leading the creation of eye-catching content for internal and external campaigns Collaborating with stakeholders to develop creative concepts that boost visibility and engagement Staying ahead of digital trends and social media best practices Producing short-form videos and long-form content for multiple platforms ️ Enhancing projects with motion graphics, transitions, titles, and sound design ️ Managing and organising digital assets for easy access and reuse Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity Juggling multiple creative projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Supporting the wider marketing team with occasional admin tasks What We're Looking For 2 years' experience in content creation, video production, editing, and motion graphics Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva Skilled in video editing apps like CapCut and other social media content tools Strong understanding of digital platforms, trends, and creative best practices A portfolio that showcases your graphic design skills and creative range Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills A passion for visual storytelling and brand building Willingness to travel to sites across Suffolk, London, and the East Midlands Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools Why Join Us?
