Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Serving as the first point of contact for IT-related issues.
* Delivering excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions and managing the ticket board.
* Communicating effectively with non-technical users and prioritizing technical problems.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
* Completing daily timesheets with strong attention to detail.
* Responding to client inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, and chat.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Documenting and tracking client issues using a ticketing system.
* Escalating unresolved issues and following up until resolution.
* Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
About You
Candidates must:
* Be a NZ Citizen or hold permanent residency.
* Have a NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted).
* Possess practical technical knowledge in supporting and implementing Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Azure Active Directory, FortiGate Firewalls, Ruckus/HP/Allied Telesis Switching, Ruckus/Aruba/HP/Aerohive Wireless, and Printers/Copiers.
