Product Obsessed, Customer Experience Champion
Customer Communication and Campaigns: lead, Manage and execute hyper-segmented Live gaming campaigns to increase retention, prevent churn, drive upsell and ultimately improve the overall player experience and lifetime value through personalised interactions with customers.
Driving live gaming proposition roadmap: Genuine interest in us and a desire to learn and take your transferable skills into the Live Casino Sector. To grow and understand the Live Casino sector across product (suppliers/features/mechanics), Customer Profiles (Preferences, behaviours of existing and target audiences) and Engagement.
Project Management
* Co-ordinate and deliver the Live casino commercial roadmap.
Campaign Optimisation: Continuously optimise offers for increased profitability by experimenting with segmentation audience and reward conditions across CRM, Brand and Acquisition campaigns.
Analysis: Ensure that campaign analysis is carried out to determine the ROI, and continually tweak and improve live product retention lifecycle offers and player communications to maximise profitability.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product Team, providers, VIP, Customer Support & brand to optimise campaign customer journeys, delivery outstanding experience to reduce contact-drivers.
Consistently Benchmark: competitor product on a global basis and drive development and change to ensure we remain at the forefront of the our vertical, keeping track of competitor initiatives and progress and understand customer preferences.
YOU ARE GOOD AT
* Minimum of 4 years CRM experience.
* Experience from working in a multi-brand and/or multi-market environment.
* Excellent ability to interpret CRM data and derive actionable insights.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms, ideally from Optimove
* Genuine interest in the Live Casino sector / online gaming and gambling.
* Strong project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.
* Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English.

Very strong CRM Technical skills coupled with being very close to Product teams and may actually be already a CRM professional and Product / Project Manager. Sure, a connection to Live Casino or perhaps online gaming / gambling would be interesting, the focus here is clearly on an individual their character their desire to outperform others in a highly competitive marketplace.
