Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships within your assigned territory.
* Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops at client sites, trade shows, and events.
* Generate new leads and identify business opportunities to expand the customer base.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs consistently.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems and report results to management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support company goals, share insights, and improve sales processes.
* Provide consultative solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 2–5 years of proven sales experience in B2B, territory, or product-focused sales roles.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with a results-driven mindset.
* Comfortable with frequent travel across the Midlands.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Experience in pipeline management, lead generation, and territory planning preferred.
