Job Description:
First Recruitment Services are delighted to be supporting our reputable client who are seeking temporary Bookings Administrators. This is an immediate role, for someone who has excellent administration and customer service skills.
Booking Administrator Duties:
1. Answering telephone calls and directing to the appropriate department/team member.
2. Directly booking patients into bookings.
3. Assisting with administrative duties as required.
Bookings Administrator Requirements and Education:
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Good IT Skills
6. Good organisational skills
7. Flexible approach
8. Previous healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential
