You’ll enjoy the production of monthly reports, journals and payments to third parties. You’ll be an organised, proactive individual with the ability to work in a fast environment with lots of opportunity to make a difference. This role can be located in our Basingstoke office on a hybrid working model. The position is offered on a full-time, fixed-term contract basis. Role Responsibilities: Coordinate the input for employees for each payroll. Import data links from HR, amending as required. Management of statutory payments. Maintain Auto Enrolment compliance and reconcile pension contributions for each pension scheme. Management of the Payroll Inbox. Export, balance and re format reports from Payroll System to enable upload into our Accounts Package. Check and request payments for third parties. Set up any new reports from the payroll system when required. Reply to any queries from internal and external contacts and escalate if necessary. Check /calculate any manual payments that are required. Maintain all necessary payroll and benefit records required to comply with statutory regulations and for the effective execution of the payroll. Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Essential Experience of SD Worx payroll system would be advantageous. Experience of Workday HRIS. Strong demonstrable previous experience of working with complex payrolls Demonstrable experience of working in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment with complex payrolls. Demonstrable experience of working within a team environment. Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and implementation, including SMP/SHPP/SAP/SSP Excellent working knowledge of Windows based applications including MS Word and Excel Attention to detail; accurate Highly organised Able to work effectively in a pressurised environment and adhere to Company and statutory deadlines Confident and effective communication skills Good Team player. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent Desirable Payroll qualifications would be advantageous as would experience using Workday HRIS and SD Worx.
