Technical Records Specialist – Engine Leasing
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Records Specialist to support our engine leasing portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying engine technical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining lease return records, shop visit reports, and inspection documents.
* Ensuring accurate tracking of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Life-Limited Parts (LLPs).
* Updating and organizing digital and physical engine records.
* Coordinating with Project Managers, Operators, and Maintenance Organizations to obtain required documentation.
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
The ideal candidate has experience in aviation records management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of CF34, CFM56, GEnx, LEAP-1A/1B, PW1100, Trent, and V2500 engines is preferred.
