Agilis Search are proud to be exclusively recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant position for a reputable and growing organisation based in Colchester. This is a full time role offering hybrid and flexible working.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the operational management, providing regular reporting that influences performance and cost control across the business.
Your responsibilities will include supporting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, supporting key stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information, and ensuring all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly. Additionally, you will assist in the completion of VAT and statutory returns and contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate will be active studying candidate, either final stages of AAT or early stages of CIMA or ACCA. Previous experience in management accounts preparation, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are essential.
