Role
1. Ensuring student records are up to date and accurate
2. Process forms relating to leave of absence, transfers and appeals
3. Respond in a timely manner to student queries in person, via email, phone, and the student reception
4. Support student engagement and visa monitoring
5. Contribute to the delivery of student events and forums
6. Creating student-focused communications across newsletters, social media and other channels
7. Maintain flexibility to support other Student Services teams
Skills, Experience & Qualification needed
8. Level 2 qualification including Maths and English. (Qualifications at this level include five GCSEs at grade A*-C/ grade 4-9. Please view the full list.) We also welcome applicants with equivalent non-UK qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
9. Experience of working in a varied administrative role effectively balancing competing priorities
10. Use digital technologies including Google applications and/or Microsoft Office
11. Experience of providing an excellent standard of customer service to a range of stakeholders
12. Accurately record, analyse, interpret and report information/data
13. Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
14. Organise activities and resources
