Project Scheduler Position at an International Aerospace Supplier
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join an international aerospace supplier in Stevenage.
As a critical link between the projects team and the program manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project scheduling and effective planning.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with program goals and deadlines.
2. Work closely with project teams to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions.
3. Train and mentor team members on project scheduling best practices and tools.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule-related updates and adjustments.
5. Collaborate with the Program Manager to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
What We Are Looking For:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Planner, or Project Manager (Non-IT projects) in manufacturing or production environments (preferably Aerospace, Automotive, or Rail).
* Expertise in Primavera, PPM2 (e.g., Planisware), and Microsoft Project.
* Previous experience as a team leader, coach, or manager.
* Strong communication and leadership skills. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving scheduling conflicts.
* Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
