What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, you’ll be part of the second line team ensuring financial crime frameworks are robust and effective. You’ll:
* Lead advisory, assurance, and reporting across AML, CTF, Fraud, and Sanctions, primarily for the UK entity, with collaboration across the Dutch EMI licence.
* Monitor external developments and regulatory focus to keep controls proportionate and effective.
* Partner with Operations to ensure high-quality execution of Financial Crime services and identify process improvements.
* Deliver targeted training and awareness to embed a strong financial crime culture.
* Enhance and track KPIs/KRIs to surface strengths and improvement areas.
* Contribute to core frameworks including MLRO reports, AML risk assessments, and product risk alignment.

Nice to Haves
* Experience in Payments or FinTech.
* Exposure to EMI licence environments.
* Familiarity with using data and technology to optimise compliance.
