Senior Product Manager – LED Retail Luminaires
Telford (Hybrid) Full‑time Very Competitive + 20% Bonus
Luceco Group is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead our LED Retail Luminaire category across trade, retail, and international markets.

What You’ll Do
Own and manage our retail LED luminaire ranges from concept to launch
Build and execute product roadmaps & NPI projects
Track market trends, customer insights, and regulatory developments
Collaborate closely with our Far East manufacturing partners
Create and oversee pricing, packaging, instructions, datasheets & sales tools
Maintain accurate product data in internal PIM systems
Present new ranges, run training sessions, and support sales/customer visits
Ensure all products meet testing, compliance & quality standards
Report into and collaborate with the Head of Sourcing on project milestones
About You
You’re a commercially minded product professional with a strong technical understanding and a genuine passion for LED lighting.
You ideally have:
* Experience in LED lighting or similar electrical product categories
* Knowledge of retail supply chains
* Understanding of testing, compliance & regulatory frameworks
* 2–3+ years in product management
* Excellent organisation, communication & project management skills
* A proactive, detail‑driven mindset
A degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering or similar is desirable but not essential.
