The Opportunity:
Supply Desk is working in partnership with a well-regarded and forward-thinking secondary school in Salisbury to recruit a Computer Science Teacher for a September 2025 start. This full-time position runs until December 2025, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.
You’ll be part of a supportive and progressive department, delivering engaging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students build digital literacy and problem-solving skills in a fast-evolving subject area.
Applications are welcome from qualified teachers, ECTs, and unqualified teachers with relevant Computer Science teaching experience in secondary education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver dynamic, accessible Computer Science lessons for KS3 and KS4.
* Support student progress in coding, programming, and digital systems.
* Foster curiosity, logical thinking, and creativity through technology.
* Track and assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities, including clubs or competitions (e.g., coding clubs, robotics, etc.).

Candidate Requirements:
* A degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related subject (essential).
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
* Experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4.
* Passionate about digital education and emerging technologies.
* Confident classroom management and strong organisational skills.
