We are looking for an experiencedSite Agentto join our growing team starting on Renewable Energy Projects in North and Mid Wales. Reporting to the Project and Contract Managers, youll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects overseeing daily site operations, maintaining compliance and driving high standards across safety, quality, and performance.
Youll be expected to travel regularly across Wales, with overnight stays required on occasions dependant on the project location. Flexibility and a willingness to be where the work is happening are essential. In return, you'll play a leading role in high-impact civil engineering schemes and gain exposure to varied and rewarding challenges.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Lead on-site civil engineering operations from mobilisation to completion.
2. Ensure compliance with company procedures on quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
3. Prepare and implement HSEQ documentation, including construction phase plans and RAMS.
4. Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate and timely delivery of works
5. Oversee procurement and performance of suppliers and subcontractors.
6. Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and programme performance.
7. Provide daily guidance and support to site engineers and operational teams.
