The role
Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for an experienced Weighbridge Operator / Weighbridge Operative to join their team.
NOTE - This is a temporary fixed 6 month contract. Ideal to start by the end of June.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
* You can start ASAP (or with a minimum of 2 week’s notice)
* Experience as a Weighbridge Operative / Weighbridge Administrator will be a definite advantage (not essential as training will be given)
* Willing to work on a heavy industrial production / manufacturing site
* You have an awareness of the importance of Health & Safety and compliance on industrial sites
* You are very confident with computer systems, and have good administrative skills
Salary: £13.07 per hour
Hours of work: 7.00am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Providing complete Weighbridge weighing system operation cover.
* Interact with external parties, including vehicles drivers and contractors on a regular basis.
* Entering data into a computer system regarding goods in good out
* Any other requests as instructed by management
This role will suit someone with previous experience as a Weighbridge Clerk, Weigh Bridge Operative / Weigh Bridge Operator that has experience of operating a Weighbridge, however someone with great administration skills that is happy to work on an industrial site, both indoors and outdoors would be good
