Airport Requirements:
1. 5 years of continuous references – to gain an airport pass, you will need to provide 5 years’ worth of employment or education references without gaps.
2. Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be completed by WHSmith if your application is successful.
3. Photographic ID, e.g., passport or UK Driving Licence.

1. Current or recent retail (or similar) leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of KPIs such as ATV.
2. Experience leading from the front, actively participating on the shop floor, and helping your team succeed.
3. Flexibility to support other stores in the area when needed.
4. Ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly and effectively.
5. Experience supporting employee training, development, and motivating teams.
