About The Role
As a behaviour mentor, you ll play a key role in creating a safe, respectful, and structured learning environment. Working closely with tutors and senior leaders, you'll support students with behavioural needs helping them manage emotions, re-engage with learning, and build brighter futures.
Key Responsibilities
* Support staff in managing challenging behaviour inside and outside the classroom
* Build positive, consistent relationships with pupils
* Provide first aid support (training provided)
* Help maintain routines and clear behavioural expectations
Candidate Requirements
* Experience supporting children with behavioural challenges
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Calm, resilient, and proactive mindset
* Strong IT skills and attention to detail
* Organised and able to multitask effectively
