Responsibilities
* Develop My People – Mentor, motivate and help the team achieve high performance and an exceptional customer experience.
* Deliver for Customers – Uphold customer priorities and align the team with core service standards to create an outstanding customer experience.
* Grow My Business – Drive sales, optimise store layout and execute product promotions to secure the store’s profitability and success.
* Experience managing a retail team in a fast-moving environment to attain a high weekly sales target.

Qualifications
* Successful experience managing a retail team to achieve weekly sales targets in a fast-moving environment.
* Strong competency in prioritising, customer focus, communication, team leadership, commercial decision making, problem solving and talent development.
