Job Title : Assistant Site Manager

£45,000 to £48,000 per annum plus package and additional benefits
Fawkes and Reece Midlands are representing a leading national house builder, in order to secure them a dynamic Assistant Site Manager. You will be working within West Midlands not only offering a long term role but also offering key career progression.
The Role
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will report to the number the Site Manager and support them in effectively motivating, supporting and managing the site-based team.
This will ensure that the required health, safety and environmental performance standards are achieved. You will be working towards company guidelines and goals as well as contributing to the efficient health and safety procedures of the building site.
You will be responsible for:
-Coordinating the workforce, including sub-contractors and to meet milestones
-Ensuring that material supplies are available and in stock
-Ensuring that quality standards and construction programmes are met
-Managing and maintaining strong relationships with the subcontractor network on site
-Monitoring Health and Safety on site
