Job Title: Behaviour Mentor (Secondary Special Needs Schools)
Are you passionate about supporting young people in overcoming challenges? We are seeking compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentors for short-term roles in secondary special needs schools in Plymouth. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact within a large Trust on a full-time basis.
The Trust caters to children across KS1-2 with SEMH, Autism, and challenging behaviors.
We are looking for candidates with strong behaviour management skills, a willingness to learn and develop, and an interest in committing to a long-term contract at the school.
Requirements:
* Must have a UK driving license and own a car for business use.
* Right to work in the UK.
* An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
* DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
* Priority will be given to those with a UK driving license and access to a car.
