Location: Plymouth
OTE up to £39,573.21 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Saturday 09:00 - 13:00 (with time off in lieu)

Your Role
* Engage in sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers and partners
* Guide customers through vehicle options, specifications, and pricing
* Deliver a seamless customer journey from enquiry to handover
* Manage all associated administration accurately and efficiently
* Provide expert advice on finance products while ensuring full compliance
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in a sales environment (automotive/van sales preferred)
* A motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
* Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry
* Full UK Driving Licence
