Behaviour Mentor Secondary Setting (Ages 11–16) | Full-Time | September Start We’re looking for a confident and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 11–16 on a one-to-one and small group basis. You’ll be helping them stay focused, make positive choices, and get the most out of their learning. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing tailored 1:1 support for students with behavioural needs Supporting students through structured daily routines Helping with academic tasks and encouraging engagement in lessons Keeping records of learning and behaviour to track progress and celebrate wins Feeding back to staff on each student’s day—what went well, and what needs work Full training and ongoing guidance will be provided, so you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
