We are recruiting an Assessor Trainer- Motor Vehicle to work at Hertford Regional College (HRC), based in the Broxbourne Campus, to ensure the effective delivery of all components of an apprentice’s journey from the point of enrolment through to timely completion.

About The Role
To support the successful enrolment, delivery, assessment, and achievements of apprentices. Working closely with employers to support apprentices throughout their journey to achievement. To ensure all apprentices achieve timely and overall outcomes on Apprenticeship standards within identified subject areas/specialisms.
About You
You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Motor Vehicle and have occupational experience within the motor vehicle industry. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing a caseload of learners or apprentices and employers. You will have experience working with Apprenticeship Standards and experience of workplace assessing.
