Country Kids Day Nursery are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our team at our site in Kneesall to lead the day-to-day management of the nursery. This will be in line with our company ethos and goals, to deliver the highest standard of care, development, and education by leading a team of practitioners and apprentices.
Country Kids is a fast-paced environment and our team's ability to adapt is a key part of ensuring our nursery Group stays one step ahead.
This role is full-time, all year round with a minimum of 45 working hours. This is a salaried role.
Person Specification:
Essential Criteria (These are the minimum qualities and levels of skill / experience you must have in order to be selected for interview)
* Minimum of a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education
* Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar managerial role
* Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS and Ofsted requirements
* Well organised, a team player, and able to work to tight deadlines.
* Good IT skills.
* Able to maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties.
