We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in their work someone who understands that quality correspondence, accurate reporting, and the smooth running of a busy diary all reflect directly on the people they support. What you'll be doing: produce and proofread correspondence, reports, minutes, and emails to a high standard within agreed turnaround times coordinate client meetings, travel arrangements, and internal team meetings end to end manage diaries, expenses, and monthly reports on behalf of the Director provide general administrative support, including project work and associate work oversight What we're looking for: proven experience in a PA or senior administrative role excellent written English with strong attention to detail a typing speed of 55 WPM or above strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel a professional, discreet approach to stakeholder and client communication Why join us?
