Senior Bid Manager
Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid role – based in Liverpool or Manchester city centre; 50% office, 50% remote)
We are seeking an experienced, senior Bid Manager to lead our high‑performing bid function within a leading international law firm.
Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of the firm's bid pipeline and content library, ensuring best practice and consistency across all submissions.
* Lead, coach and develop a team of Bid Managers.
* Project‑manage major tenders, including NHS and wider public sector frameworks.

You Should Have
* A career background in law firms / legal sector, with a solid understanding of how legal services are procured and delivered.
* Experience leading and managing a team, with the ability to develop, motivate and support others.
* Strong experience in public sector procurement, ideally within NHS frameworks or similar regulated environments.
* Exceptional bid management, writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
* The ability to translate complex legal or technical information into clear, compelling proposals.
