Overview:
The Finance Integration Lead will oversee the financial integration of acquisitions, ensuring harmonized systems, processes, and controls across the enterprise. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution, this role will deliver seamless consolidation of financial operations, ERP systems, and reporting frameworks. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will play a key part in driving efficiencies and scalability during periods of rapid organizational change.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end finance integration during acquisitions, including due diligence, post-close execution, and alignment of policies and reporting.
* Lead ERP/finance system integration, standardize core finance processes (GL, AP/AR, payroll, treasury), and ensure data accuracy during migrations.
* Embed internal controls and ensure compliance across integrated entities.
* Act as both strategist and hands-on operator, guiding cross-functional teams and directly engaging in systems/process design.
* Manage integration plans, budgets, and timelines; monitor KPIs; communicate risks and progress to executive leadership.
* Drive adoption of new systems and processes through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
* Up to 25% travel, including overnight stays, to support integration and partner firm needs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; Consulting and AEC industry experience preferred.
* 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or business analysis roles; 5+ years in ERP/System Transformation and Integration.
* Strong ERP expertise with ERP/financial systems; Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
* Experience with business process mapping and functional documentation.
* Proven ability to lead integrations, standardize processes, and deliver results in complex environments.
