The Role
The Inside Sales Executive will cover a nationally located client base within the construction sector. This hybrid role offers working in the office in Brandon, Norfolk, for at least one day per week, with flexible working after the training period. The role involves selling a concrete reinforcement solution used across UK construction projects. Clients include Main & Sub‑Contractors. Inbound leads constitute 90% of the business (~250‑300 per week). The position is fast‑paced, with evolving market opportunities.

Qualifications
* Background in B2B internal sales
* Excellent phone manner and written English
* Flexible to travel to the office 3‑4 days per week, or 1‑2 days WFH
* Consultative sales approach
* Organised, dynamic, and detail‑oriented

Package
£40,000 – 45,000 basic salary DOE, annual discretionary company bonus £5k‑10k, pension, laptop, phone, 21 days holiday (negotiable DOE) + stats (rises over time)
