Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Contract Duration: 8 months
Job Responsibilities:
· Marketing comm support for SMEsGD for Outreach & Events support for the division.
· Pre-event Planning: Logistics, Booth Setup, Outreach, Exhibitor Management & Liaison
· Event: Support in running of exhibition
· Post Event: Post Event review, analysis and assessment; database mining, Post event survey analysis; Post event comms with SMEs, Industry Partners and Vendors.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Events Management or other relevant discipline.
· Relevant experience in Events Management.
· Prior working experience in Government Agencies will be ideal.
· Immediate Starters are preferred.
· Only Singaporeans.
