Waiter/Waitress – Frasers Hospitality & Malmaison
We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Frasers Hospitality’s Malmaison locations in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be the face of the restaurant, managing the flow of guests, communicating with the kitchen and management, and ensuring a smooth and controlled dining experience.

Employment
Full‑time – Fixed Term Contract (8 hours per week).
Compensation
£12.30 per 8‑hour shift.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
* Manage the flow of diners, place orders accurately, and collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food presentation, and overall hygiene.
* Adhere to the restaurant’s service standards and brand values at all times.
* Operate POS and other service technology efficiently.
* Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks as required.
* Adapt to a changing shift schedule, including evenings, weekends and busy periods.
Qualifications & Skills
* Passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
* Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
* Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS systems is helpful.
