Our extremely successful, growing client is seeking a TikTok Lead to join them, to drive their strategy and to continue expanding their online presence!
With a strong and growing presence on TikTok Shop and an engaged community, our client is seeking a commercially driven TikTok Lead to take ownership of their TikTok LIVE strategy and performance .
This role is central to driving revenue through LIVE shopping and requires someone who is confident, credible and compelling on camera, with a deep understanding of how to convert engagement into sales. Acting as the primary on-screen brand representative, the TikTok Lead will plan, host and optimise LIVE content in line with business objectives, brand standards and audience expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver a commercially focused TikTok LIVE strategy aligned to brand guidelines, TikTok policies and wider trading priorities
Take full accountability for LIVE performance, owning KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, CTR and engagement metrics
Plan, schedule and optimise LIVE sessions based on performance insights, trading calendars and audience behaviour
Analyse LIVE performance data to continuously refine formats, timing, product focus and selling techniques
Act as the primary host or co-host for TikTok LIVE sessions, confidently presenting products and driving conversion
Set up, manage and optimise TikTok LIVE shopping carts to ensure a seamless customer journey
Create promotional TikTok content to build awareness and anticipation ahead of LIVE sessions
Work with the content team to develop engaging, on-brand assets that drive traffic to LIVE
Build and nurture strong relationships with the TikTok community, encouraging loyalty and repeat engagement
Support wider social media activity including scheduling, ideation and performance analysis
Collaborate on cross-platform strategies to drive traffic into TikTok LIVE
Lead employee-generated content (EGC) strategy aligned with TikTok trends
Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop performance, either as a creator or in a commercial role
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends and audience behaviour
Confident and engaging on camera, with the ability to host LIVE sessions for extended periods
Experience setting up and managing TikTok Shop and LIVE shopping carts.
