Responsibilities
:
1. Define and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies
2. Develop and maintain a marketing performance and ROI framework, providing clear visibility of outcomes across channels.
3. Establish a single source of truth for insight into patient and referrer journeys, campaign effectiveness, and spend efficiency.
4. Lead and manage senior marketing leads across B2B, B2C, Events/Post-Op, and Marketing Operations.
5. Consolidate and manage agency relationships, moving to a smaller number of high-accountability partners.
6. Drive automation, AI, and scalable marketing practices to increase output without adding headcount.
7. Ensure marketing activity is integrated across brand, digital, content, events, and operations.
8. Provide actionable insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders to optimise marketing investment.
9. Embed patient focus and company values in all marketing strategy and performance decisions.
Requirements:
10. Extensive experience with 8yrs+ in marketing strategy, performance, analytics, or commercial marketing, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceutical.
11. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing models and customer journeys.
12. Proven experience with KPIs, dashboards, ROI frameworks, CRM (Salesforce preferred), digital analytics, and marketing automation tools.
13. Experience managing senior stakeholders or specialist leads in multi-site or regulated environments.
14. Excellent commercial, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
