This is a great opportunity for someone with plant experience who enjoys practical work and being part of a strong team environment. The Role You’ll be working within a busy recycling yard, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: • Operating a loading shovel • Using grab attachments • Working with material handlers or wheeled excavators (e.g. Sennebogen) • Loading, sorting and moving waste and recycling materials • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment What We’re Looking For • Valid Loading Shovel Ticket (essential) • Proven experience operating plant machinery • Experience with grab attachments or material handlers preferred • Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious • Comfortable working in an outdoor, physical role What’s on Offer Monday to Friday working pattern 7am to 4pm shifts No weekend work Ongoing opportunity Supportive team environment Why This Role This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a hands-on, active role where no two days are the same.
