Role Purpose As we opened our doors, we’re excited to announce we are looking for more talented Self-checkout Attendants to deliver the best catering experience to all our fans within general admission areas. You will be a part of a talented and engaged team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, supporting us in creating the best live music experience in the UK. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering high-quality service, preparing kiosk/general admission areas, maintaining cleanliness, handling food products, managing stock, addressing requests and adhering to safety regulations. Key skills, experience & knowledge required: Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and fans in a clear, professional and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. As passionate about great service as we are. Ability to adapt to different working environments.
