About the Role Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within the Complex Care sector? Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Care Assistant to provide support for an individual with complex needs. This 30-year-old individual has various complex care requirements, including a tracheostomy, PEG feeding, and tissue viability needs. While non-verbal, they have a full understanding of their surroundings. You'll need to communicate effectively and demonstrate engagement with their needs and requirements. This care will take place in the individual's own home, where they live with family members. This is a 2:1 support package and includes access to a mobility vehicle, enabling community access.
