As an Area Manager, you will provide transformational leadership and high-impact coaching for teams. Your role will be focused on driving performance across four key metrics – People, Customers, Sales, and Profit. This isn't your standard 9-5 – you'll find yourself on our store floor, managing teams, and running audits.
We're looking for a strategic thinker, With a high degree of commercial acumen, and the ability to think beyond core operational elements. You should have a proven track record of driving tangible results, a history of career progression, and exposure to wider business functions. As an Area Manager, you will:
* Manage store strategy and projects, creating stretch goals for your team.
* Flex your commercial acumen by identifying and unlocking core growth opportunities in your stores.
* Own quarterly business reviews, focusing on profit, people, processes, and products.
* Manage the store recruitment process, to bring in the best talent who demonstrate our core values; smart, heart, and courage.
* Develop the talent in your area to identify our future leaders and drive retention.

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
