Your new role as Guest Service Supervisor will see you working at the Aloft Aberdeen, located on the site of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA).
The 150-bedroom Aloft Hotel on the site of the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre was designed by architects Cooper Cromar, with interiors by Twenty2Degrees. It is the first of its kind in Scotland and features a WXYZ bar, RE:MIX lounge, and gym.

A Day in the Life of a Guest Service Supervisor
What you'll be doing...
* Lead the team with a positive attitude, creating a welcoming experience and making their first impression unforgettable from check-in to check-out.
* Support and guide the team, assisting with training and encouraging everyone to deliver their best.
* Handle guest requests and resolve issues confidently, keeping the service upbeat and responsive.
* Assist with scheduling and shift planning to ensure the team is prepared.
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries to facilitate seamless stays.
* Be the point of contact for guest questions about local attractions and amenities.
* Process bookings and payments accurately, ensuring hassle-free stays.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest requests promptly.
* Maintain an inviting and professional front desk environment.
* Manage daily tasks such as calls, emails, and reservations efficiently.
* Go the extra mile for special requests to enhance guest experiences.
* Support the Guest Service Managers.
