Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Manage your own caseload and maintain regular communication with clients and agents to keep them updated on case progress.
* Actively build relationships to promote the firm’s services and identify opportunities for cross-selling other legal services.
* Collaborate with the team while contributing to business growth.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in Residential and New Homes transactions.
* Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Proven experience handling high volumes of transactions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with case management systems.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
