What role will you play?
Provide dedicated support to the Global Head of Infrastructure and Energy Capital, ensuring the day‑to‑day runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage a busy schedule, coordinate international travel, and collaborate closely with colleagues to prepare for key priorities. Working closely with the Infrastructure and Energy Capital Central team to align on priorities and plan upcoming travel, while coordinating end‑to‑end international travel. You will also organise internal and external events, off‑sites and leadership meetings, handling RSVPs, dietary needs and logistics. Alongside this, you will support general administrative tasks such as updating contacts, managing couriers, assisting visiting team members, and providing backup support to other Executive Assistants.
What you offer
* 5 years’ + of experience providing Executive Assistant support at senior leadership level within banking, financial or professional services.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent diligence and time management.
* Proven ability to manage complex diaries, global travel, and fast‑changing priorities.
* Clear and confident communication skills, with good judgement and discretion.
* Ability to work independently, stay resilient developing priorities and build positive relationships across a team.
