This role combines commercial management, product buying, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, managing supplier relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring efficient product flow across the distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with key retail and convenience partners
• Identify and source new frozen product opportunities
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage product buying
• Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
• Support operational planning including stock and supply coordination
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient distribution
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies with customers
• Monitor margin performance across the product range
Skills & Experience
•Experience in FMCG, food distribution, retail buying, or category management
•Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience sourcing or buying products
• Commercially minded with strong analytical ability
• Understanding of distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business
