A highly regarded Legal 500, multi office law firm in Kent is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is a genuinely mixed role covering both contentious and non contentious employment matters, acting for a broad range of employer clients. The work is high quality, varied and includes ongoing advisory support as well as tribunal matters.
The firm has a strong reputation in the region, a collaborative culture and a clear commitment to developing its lawyers. You will be given real autonomy over your work, with support where needed and the opportunity to build long term client relationships.
The role
• Handling a full range of employment law matters
• Advising employer clients on day to day HR issues
• Managing contentious matters including Employment Tribunal claims
• Supporting business development and client care
• Working as part of a well established and respected team
About you
• Qualified Employment Solicitor
• Experience in both contentious and non contentious employment work
• Comfortable managing your own caseload
• Strong client facing and communication skills
