About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing and delivering accurate, insightful financial information related to the group’s remuneration and share-based payment schemes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across finance, reward, payroll, and distribution to ensure clarity, control, and collaboration in all things remuneration.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the preparation of actuals, budgets, and forecasts for all group remuneration and share-based payment schemes.
* Analysing and clearly articulating key variances at both group and entity levels.
* Maintaining robust controls around Investment Management (IM) team structures.
* Partnering with department heads and teams across the business to support remuneration-related queries and reporting.
* Supporting the production and review of IM P&Ls, new business scheme statements, and distribution commission statements.
* Contributing to the group and entity audit process.
What You’ll Bring
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Confident communicator who can explain complex financial data clearly.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
* Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Awareness of industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
