Stafford Lawrence Ltd is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor in Plymouth, Devon on behalf of an award‑winning construction consultancy.
The Salary and Package:
* Salary: £37,000 – £47,000 (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities:
* Manage cost consultancy services for a diverse range of building projects across Devon and Cornwall.

* Benefit from a clear path toward MRICS status if currently APC‑bound.
Requirements:
* Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or another RICS‑accredited qualification.
* Experience: 3–5 years within a PQS or Construction Consultancy environment.
* Status: MRICS desirable; can speak with those working toward APC.
* Sector Experience: Commercial, Education, Healthcare, or Government projects.
* Location: Desire to live and work in the Southwest; must have valid UK work permit; sponsorship not available.
